Whether you are travelling for business, pleasure or leisure, our 1 Bedroom Apartments cater to all your needs. All rooms are fully self contained with kitchens, private bathrooms and separate living and bedrooms areas.
Studio King Room -$239.00 per room per night
If you are in town to see a game or to catch a concert, the open plan Studio King room will help make your stay memorable. All studios offer a kitchenette, WiFi access, a separate bathroom and laundry facilities between every second room. 2 single beds configuration available on request.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to All Occasions Group or full booking charges will apply. For any modification to your reservation, please contact conference@aomevents.com.
In the case of individual room cancellations made between 12/10/2026 and 26/10/2026, the following fee will apply:
* If the booking is for three (3) nights or less; one (1) night fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.

* If the booking is for four (4) nights or more; two (2) nights fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.
In the case of individual room cancellations made between 27/10/2026 and 10/11/2026, 100% of accommodation will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room. No Show Guests are charged 100% cancellation fee for each no show accommodation room.
